肉餡二斤
干豆腐五張

白糖適量

1.肉餡，放鹽，花椒，毛蔥，雞精，料酒，醬油，白糖，拌好，腌制一會。

3.香草包用開水燙一下，泡一會

5.干豆腐一切兩半，把拌好的米放豆腐上

6.包成形狀

7.包好放到香包里，用線扎好

8.一個一個擺在鍋里，上鍋蒸制1小時就好了

4.然后拿出冷藏好的糯米糍

5.切成小塊

6.然后用手捏圓一些，薄一些，將豆沙餡包進去

7.然后裹一些椰蓉，就可以吃了，很美味
